Questions people ask before they buy

What exactly does the engagement package include?

One month of engagement sized by the reach you pick: views up to your reach number, plus likes, shares and saves in proportion to it. The exact totals for your reach are shown on the slider before you pay, and the price you see is the price you are charged.

How does delivery work when I publish a new post?

You post as normal. Our system checks your public profile for new posts around once an hour and spreads your remaining monthly amounts across them, drip-fed at a safe, natural pace. You never submit posts by hand, and nothing is ever posted from your account.

Is this a recurring subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. You buy one month and it ends when it ends. There is no stored payment method and no auto-renew — if you want another month, you come back and buy one. We think a plan you choose to renew is better than one you have to remember to cancel.

What happens if I post very little that month?

Your plan is spread across whatever you publish. If the month is ending with amounts left over, we deliver the remainder to your most recent posts instead, so everything you paid for is delivered either way.

Do you need my Instagram password?

No — never, for anything. The profile preview reads public data only, and delivery only needs your public @username. If anyone claiming to be GramScaler asks for your login, it is not us.

Can I change my plan size next month?

Yes. Every month is a fresh purchase, so you can size the next one up or down freely — there is no tier you are locked into and no downgrade process, because there is nothing to cancel.

Is the engagement non-drop, and what about refunds?

The engagement delivered under a package is non-drop and carries no refill, the same as our one-time likes, views, shares and saves. If part of a month cannot be delivered, our refund policy covers the undelivered part — the full terms are on the refund policy page.
