Refund Policy
If we cannot deliver, you get your money back in full. If an order arrives short, we deliver the shortfall or refund it proportionally — your choice. Agreed refunds go back through PayPal to the account that paid. Email us first at [email protected]: we reply within hours, and email is faster than a dispute.
- Undelivered orders refunded in full
- Short deliveries: shortfall or proportional refund
- 30-day refill on the Active and Exclusive (VIP) follower tiers
- 24/7 email support
If delivery never starts
Delivery starts within minutes. Orders complete within 0-24 hours. If nothing has arrived once that window has passed, email us with the order reference from your receipt. We check the order with the delivery network and then do one of two things — you choose which:
- restart the delivery, or
- refund you in full.
A paid order we cannot deliver is refunded in full, every time. No fee, no partial deduction, no argument. We are not going to keep money for work that did not happen.
If an order arrives short
Delivery at this scale is not exact, and an order sometimes stops before it finishes. If you count fewer than you ordered once the delivery window has passed:
- send us the order reference and roughly what did arrive;
- we check that against what the delivery network reports;
- we either deliver the shortfall or refund the shortfall — whichever you prefer.
We refund the portion that did not arrive rather than the whole order, because the part that did arrive cannot be taken back. When most of the order is missing, that works out close to a full refund anyway.
The 30-day refill on eligible follower tiers
A refill is a top-up, not a refund: if your count drops after delivery, we bring it back up. Its limits, stated plainly:
- It covers the Active and Exclusive (VIP) follower tiers only.
- High-Quality followers, likes, views, and comments carry no refill — once those are delivered, they are delivered. We say this before you pay, not after.
- 30 days from the day the order completes. After that it has expired, and we will tell you so rather than stall.
- It restores the drop measured against the number we delivered. It is not a top-up to a figure you would like to reach.
- It does not cover a drop caused by the account being set to private, the username changing, or Instagram acting on the account. We cannot replace what we can no longer see or reach.
To claim it, email [email protected] within the 30 days with the order reference and the count you are seeing now.
If the link was wrong, or the account was private
This is the awkward section, so here it is straight. The order form asks for the exact public @username or post link and warns you to check it before you pay, because it is the one detail we cannot fix after delivery.
- You catch a mistake early. If the order has not been sent to the delivery network yet, email us immediately and we change the link or refund you in full. Delivery starts within minutes, so that window is short — speed matters more than a long explanation.
- Delivery already went to the wrong account. It cannot be pulled back — not by us, not by the network, not by Instagram. An order delivered exactly where you told us to send it, after we warned you to check, is not refundable. We would rather say that here than argue about it afterward.
- The account was private from the start. Nothing can be delivered to a private account, so nothing was delivered — we refund in full.
- The account went private mid-delivery. Make it public again and email us the order reference. We restart what is left, or refund the part that never arrived.
If you are a first-time buyer, the amount is small, and the mistake was honest — ask anyway. We would rather refund a small order than win an argument and lose your trust.
What we do not refund
- A change of mind after an order has been delivered in full.
- A drop outside the 30-day refill window, or on a tier or service that carries no refill.
- A delivery sent exactly where the order told us to send it, after the pre-payment warning to check the link.
- Reach, engagement, or sales that did not follow. We never promise those, so we will not refund against a promise nobody made.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] first — before anything else — and include three things:
- the order reference from your receipt;
- the @username or link the order was for;
- what went wrong, in a sentence.
That is everything we need to look the order up. Never send your password: we do not ask for it, we have no use for it, and no genuine support request needs it.
Support is email only, 24/7, and we reply within hours. If we have to check something with the delivery network first, we say so instead of going quiet on you.
How refunds are paid
An agreed refund is processed back through PayPal, to the account that paid, in US dollars. Once we have sent it, how quickly the money lands depends on PayPal and your payment method, not on us.
Before you open a PayPal dispute
You can open a dispute with PayPal. That is your right, and we are not going to talk you out of it. But email us first with the order reference, because it is faster: a dispute holds the money while it runs, and a refund agreed by email does not.
If you do open a dispute, we respond with the order record — what was ordered, what the delivery network reported, and when and where it was delivered. If that record shows we did not deliver, we accept the dispute and refund. If it shows we did, we say so, politely and with the evidence.
Repeated claims
We refund honest problems without a fight. What we will not do is keep serving someone who orders, receives the delivery, and then claims it never arrived. Where that pattern appears, we decline future orders. It is the only situation in which we turn money away.
Where this policy sits
This policy is part of our Terms of Service, and the details you send with a request are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing on this page reduces rights that consumer law gives you regardless of our terms.
Questions about refunds and refills
Answered in the same words as the sections above.
How fast will I get my refund?
We reply within hours, and an agreed refund is sent back through PayPal to the account that paid. After we send it, the remaining time depends on PayPal and your payment method rather than on us.
My follower count dropped — can I get a refund?
A drop is a refill case, not a refund case. If your order was on the Active or Exclusive (VIP) follower tier and you tell us within 30 days of the order completing, we top the drop back up. High-Quality followers, likes, views, and comments carry no refill, and we state that before you pay.
I pasted the wrong username. What now?
Email [email protected] immediately with your order reference. If the order has not reached the delivery network yet, we change the link or refund you in full. If delivery has already gone to the wrong account, it cannot be recovered by anyone, and that order is not refundable — which is exactly why the form warns you to check before paying.
Do I need to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back?
No. Email is the fast path: we check the order against the delivery network's record and refund anything we could not deliver. A dispute is always your right, but it holds the money while it runs, and we respond to disputes with the same order record either way.
Something wrong with an order
Email support with the order reference and what happened. Support is 24/7 and we reply within hours — always faster than a dispute.
