The 30-day refill applies to the Active and Exclusive (VIP) follower tiers. If your follower count drops below the delivered amount within 30 days of delivery, email [email protected] and we will top the order back up at no extra charge. The refill terms for each tier are stated before you pay.

High-Quality followers, likes, views, and comments are sold without a refill promise. Only the Active and Exclusive (VIP) follower tiers include the 30-day refill. The tier comparison cards on each service page say exactly what each tier includes before you check out.

Never. GramScaler only needs your public @username or a public post link — nothing else. We have no way to log in to your account and never ask for one. Treat any service that asks for your password as a risk to your account.

We reduce risk in the two ways that are actually in our control: delivery is drip-fed at a safe, natural pace, and we never touch your login because we never have your password. We cannot control Instagram's decisions and do not promise any specific outcome — no honest provider can. GramScaler is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
